It certainly would not be the Dallas Margarita Ball without our Signature Margaritas! Guests will find them available on the 1st and 2nd floors. Limited quantities are available.
This is our “Thank You!” for your generous support and donations!
Cash bars are also available in all areas of the Ball. Drink Tickets can be obtained at Will Call and Gift Certificate / Raffle Ticket Sales locations – prior to and during the Ball. Drink Tickets can be secured from any of the 30+ Cashiers inside the Ball.

To benefit all our guests attending the Dallas Margarita Ball, the Dallas Margarita Society has adopted a “ZERO TOLERANCE” DRESS CODE, which will be strictly enforced.
Security will check all guests. If you don’t comply, you won’t be admitted to the Ball.
We regret any inconvenience, but this policy will not be waived for any reason.

Elite Casino Events is proud to be associated with the Dallas Margarita Society, by providing a casino for the Dallas Margarita Ball. We are proud to develop an outstanding atmosphere of fun, entertainment, and awe for all who attend the Dallas Margarita Ball. All this in an effort to raise toys and money for the At-Risk children of the North Texas community.

All Margarita Ball Pre-Parties and Post-Parties must be approved by the Dallas Margarita Society.
You may leave the Ball at any time. However, if you would like to return to the Ball, then you will need a Re-Entry Wristband. Please make sure you have one on before you exit the Ball.
The Dallas Margarita Society takes great concern in providing safety and security for our guests. We provide over 300 personnel including officers from the Texas Department of Public Safety, officers from the Dallas Police Department, troops from the Texas State Guard, and various other agencies in the DFW area. A number of quick response EMS/EMT Medical Teams are also present along with a staffed onsite medical room.

Join us in raising funds for Dallas Children’s Charities through the Dallas Margarita Society Silent Auction. The silent auction, prominently showcases local products and services valued at over $1 Million. Our Silent Auction has become one of the most popular features at the ball, as well as one of our largest fundraising opportunities. Items include:
All proceeds of the auction benefit Dallas Children’s Charities, which help family oriented local charities in the DFW area.
Participants may register at the Silent Auction at Dallas Margarita Ball the day of the event. A credit card is required for registration.
The Silent Auction is located in the first floor atrium of the Dallas Margarita Ball and is open the night of the Margarita Ball between the hours of 7:00 pm and 11:30 pm.
All items won during the Silent Auction may be picked up immediately following the Silent Auction on Saturday night from 11:30pm to 12:30am or Sunday morning from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
Expose your services or products to the Dallas Margarita Ball’s 11,000 affluent guests by donating items to the silent auction. All proceeds benefit Dallas Children’s Charities, a 501 (c)(3) charity, and affords donors the maximum tax deduction for donated products and services as allowed by law.

A Smoking Area is available outside the 1st Floor Entrance.
In the spirit of the Ball, we ask that each of you donate a toy valued at $50 per person. Or you may also make a monetary donation instead – $50 per person or $100 per couple.
Toys are for a boy or girl between the ages of 6 and 12, unwrapped.
A Will Call table will be set up on the 2nd Floor of the Sheraton, hotel side, beginning at 1:30pm on the afternoon of the Ball. Will Call will be open until 11:00pm. You can arrange to leave or pick up Ball invitations there.

Yes, you would pay the difference from your existing package to the package you want.
No, invitations are not included in the purchase of a table or reserved area.
Yes, all attendees are required to have an invitation to enter the ball. Invitations are included in sponsorships and quantity depends on the respective sponsorship level.
Tables are included in some upper sponsorship levels. Contact the VP of sponsors for more information.
There are no requirements to become a sponsor, only a willingness to support local children’s charities and abide by the DMS sponsorship agreement.
No, sponsorship ribbons are included with each sponsorship package to allow access to certain sponsor areas in the Margarita Ball.
No, the sponsor areas are a benefit for DMS sponsors. Sponsors have access to all areas of the Margarita Ball except for Private VIP areas or the Reserved Table areas that are purchased prior to the event.
Sponsorships are donations to the Dallas Children’s Charities and are not considered purchasing attendance to the Margarita Ball. As such, sponsorships are not refundable.
The Margarita Ball is not a ticketed event, it is by invitation only. Invitations are available through the above methods. The only way to guarantee invitations to the Margarita Ball is through sponsorships.
