Kampalooza Kids in Frisco
elivered a grant to Kampalooza Kids in Frisco. Kampalooza Kids provides summer camp opportunities for kids who are economically disadvantaged or are in the foster care system. These kids would otherwise not have an opportunity to experience the fun and lifetime friendships that summer camp can provide.
Funding from DCC will be used to send children who are currently in foster care to a full week of summer camp at Camp Kiowa in Gainesville, TX – along with a full complement of camper supplies.
The kids are super excited about camp, and are looking forward to paintball, zip-lining, swimming, campfires and fellowship!
Pictured is DCC’s Rich Whitman, along with Kampalooza Kids co-founders Brandi Stevens and Hala Snyder, and some of the kids receiving their camp trunks and gear.
Thank you all for your support.
