Irving Cares Grant Delivery

ed a grant to Irving Cares. Irving Cares provides focused assistance for Irving residents in financial crisis. Irving Cares helps to stabilize families experiencing a temporary crisis in order to help children and other family members. The consequences of household instability are lasting and jeopardize the well-being of the youngest and most vulnerable family members.

Funding from DCC will be used to assist participants in the “Invest in Yourself” program offered by Irving Cares. This program helps families to remove barriers to self-sufficiency through coaching, self-care and education.
